Wood Oud: if the goods are Oud sticks, they must not be broken or soaked in water claiming to verify that it is rare and pure. The sticks should not be stored with any fragrances like Maamoul or other strong-smelling items that may spoil the Oud. The customer has the right to try the Oud (1 gram) to verify if the scent suits them, and if this amount is exceeded, the full shortage will be deducted. Return is not allowed if the usage exceeds (2 grams) of the weight. Oud oil, musk, and mixed: It is required that the Oud oil be tested with a drop on cloth, and Oud oil cannot be returned if the drop exceeds or is applied to the skin. No aging of the oil. It is not to be placed in a smaller bottle. It should not be mixed with powder or other extracts. The original packaging must not be modified. If purchased wholesale in one container, it should not be divided into quarters. Perfumes: the customer can return the perfume if the outer packaging has not been opened, and if it has been opened, a deduction of 30 will be made from the perfume's value. Mabakhir (incense burners) and accessories: the customer can return them as long as the box is not opened or damaged. When exchanging or returning, contact customer service to send a return shipping label. The customer ships the product, and upon receipt and approval, the purchase amount will be transferred minus the shipping costs for both ways. (Meaning if the shipping was free at purchase, the customer bears the cost upon return.)
